Everyone knows a Gnome collector! Purchase for yourself, or your bff.
This little cutie will protect your peas in your vegetable garden, your fairies in your fairy garden or your petunias in your window box.

Made in my home studio. This is my own original design and all hand cut with no precut glass pieces used. These little guys require two kiln firings because of their 3 D nose feature. The first firing is to make the base - the body and the clear glass stake along as well as making the nose that will be attached in the second firing. The full fuse firing takes approximately 7 hours, with an additional 7-9 hours to anneal and cool. Then the pieces go into the kiln for the second round where the nose is attached using a tack fuse schedule taking another 5 hours.

Gnomes measure approximately 4” tall X 1.5” wide. Full length from top of hat to bottom of clear glass stake is approximately 7”. They are all slightly different sizes because of the hand made free form process I use.

If you live in a colder climate, please bring him in during the cold months and stick him in a house plant until the spring. All my work is fully annealed for strength, but this is still glass and can suffer from thermal shock and break if left out in extreme cold.

Thank you for visiting my shop.
