Fused glass cardinal lapel pin. Very cute gift for Mother's day. This original art started with a sketch of and then went to my studio to had score the art glass into the shapes that were required. Then to wash each of the pieces and assembled with paiting the tiny details with special fusing paint. Then to the kiln for a full fuse schedule for the background piece. Then the second firing was a tack fuse to attach the cardinal.

This is not a toy. Not intended for children. Although my work is fully annealed and very strong, it is still glass and can break under extreme conditions.
