Meowy Christmas! Sweet penguin sun catcher to hang in a window of your home, patio or Christmas tree. The sun catcher was crafted using translucent art glass in various colors. Choose your favorite in you cart.
All my art is original and starts from a simple sketch. After selecting the glass I want to use, I free hand score and break the glass in the shapes. Using a special wire that can withstand the heat of the kiln, I arrange the pieces in my kiln and set it for a tack fuse schedule. After annealing and cooling came the assembling of the suncatcher by using a variety of wire for the hanger.
Because these are all hand scored, the measurements are approximately 3" X 3" with 3" hanger.
