Made in my home studio. These plant stakes are my own original design and all hand cut with no precut glass pieces used. After glass is assembled, painted and fired on a full fuse schedule taking approximately 7 hours. Then it takes an addition several hours to cool.
Pumpkins are of various sizes ranging from 3 1/2 - 4 1/2" wide and tall. The plant steak measuring approximately 6" Long, 1/2" wide.
If you live in a colder climate, please bring him in during the really cold months and stick him in a house plant until the spring. All my work is fully annealed for strength, but this is still glass and can suffer from thermal shock and break if left out in extreme cold.
